Perhaps Massachusetts can take a page from Delaware’s playbook and use the fiscal crisis as a good occasion to legalize alcohol sales on Sunday year-round. Given all the ink spilled on legalizing casino gambling to boost state revenue, it’s odd that this less controversial means of generating extra taxes has been overlooked.
